What's On

A bustling community life is synonymous with the town of Port Hedland. Indulge your senses at the hand-crafted markets in the West End, experience the artistic side of the Pilbara through Indigenous, local and international exhibitions at the Courthouse Gallery, explore the workings of one of the world's largest iron ore producers with a tour of BHP Billiton Iron Ore or glimpse a rare natural wonder as our flat-back turtle hatchlings make their way for the first time to the Indian Ocean.

West End Markets: Exhibition Edition

The West End Markets are Port Hedland's premier maker markets, with products from around the Pilbara as well as locally made food. Held at the Courthouse Gallery Gardens and ANZ Carpark, this attracts a crowd of thousands from across the Pilbara region.

Our next exhibitions, Flight: Aboriginal perspectives from the sky and A Year in the Making, will be opening during the markets at 1.30pm, making this the absolute creative weekend!
